Escooter micromobility Tender process

From time to time we try and prise the door adjar as to how the UK regions are deploying the Escooter licenses.

We have talked about how 3 operators in one area is enough to drive competition. It is lamentable that some of the UK councils have opted for 1 operator. Possibly because of the high Section 106 cash offered by the one operator.

With this in mind we have included The UK' West Midland's Authority Escooter trail application process for 2020.

We hope this provides some guidance to independant operators who are looking to apply for licenses in the future.
